This clinic is amazing. I’ve been bringing my kids here for the last 8 years and it has always been a great experience. My challenges have always been addressed with great care, compassion and I am always understood. I feel my kids are getting the best care.The nurses/assistants are so friendly and take their time to check weight, height and give shots.

My son has been a patient of this clinic for the sixth year now. Our pediatrician Dr. Erin is not bad. Eventually in 2024 in Toronto the main thing is that you can come by appointment, sometimes even the next day and not wait for hours. However, our last visit was a complete failure. The child had a tonsillectomy and after the surgery he had a fever for 4 days, he did not eat and hardly drank. The memo on postoperative care says that in this case you need to contact your family doctor, pediatrician or walk-in. We made an appointment with our pediatrician and when asked what to do, we received a question why we actually came to her. Why didn’t we go to emergency or to the hospital where the operation was performed... As if this person does not know the waiting time there is up to 24 hours. After the examination, she suggested that it was a virus or a bacterial infection, but she did not find out what exactly it was. She simply decided to avoid responsibility and said to continue to observe. After 48 hours, if there was no improvement, to go to emergency. Of course, I didn’t wait 48 hours and the next morning I received a diagnosis and treatment at walk-in. The child immediately felt better. Overall, Kidcrew is a good place for annual checkups and getting appointments but if you need help ASAP try to find another place.

When our kids get sick, we get worried and overwhelmed. Kidcrew makes it easier for us to get access to the help we need- from booking appointments, answering inquiries, follow ups. Their doctors are the best- friendly, comforting and are very thorough, and as parents, that's what we want for our kids. And can I just mention how cool their clinics are?! It's bright and colorful and clean. If I was a kid, I'd be excited to be there.. 😊

This place was made for kids, healthy or sick. It is evident that the people who designed the clinic thought about young patients. When we came back home, my kid said, "I love going to the doctor." We recently moved from another clinic, and it was worth the hassle.

Never returning to this place. During my first visit with my daughter, the doctor suggested only increased fluid intake and honey with hot water for her cough. No medication was provided. The following week, I returned due to a red eye with yellow discharge, and a different doctor advised a wait-and-see approach without prescribing any medicine. Unfortunately, my daughter's symptoms worsened, prompting me to seek a second opinion at a walk-in clinic. The diagnosis there revealed conjunctivitis, ear infections, and an aggravated cough. The new clinic promptly prescribed medication, leading to my daughter's recovery. I am disappointed by the disparity in diagnosis and treatment between the two clinics. It raises concerns about the thoroughness of the initial assessments at your facility.

Was able to get an appointment same day. Dr. Mike was great with my 15 month old and super informative. I felt that the exam was thorough and he had a great bed side manner.

Got an email at 3:10 today to say I had an initial consult at noon today for my son. This is the first I heard about it. You would think you would email prior to 3 hours after an appointment. Noticed they have my husband's phone number not mine on file. As far as I know no call came to him at noon today. Can't get any clarification because no one answers the phone. Email reply to my email simply asks if I have any questions. Uh yeah. What happened to outhe appointment and do we still have the in person the day after tomorrow? Do you not call to ask of the appointment times work for people before just going ahead and booking and not notifying?

We adore Kidcrew. We were utilizing their quick online booking system for in person and virtual before my daughter was even a patient. It’s invaluable to be able to see a doctor on such short notice. Now we see Dr. Stern in the new location but often visit midtown for last minute sick kid appts. Everyone we’ve encountered is welcoming and friendly and put my kiddo at ease. We are forever grateful for all the services offered at Kidcrew, whether you’re a regular patient or not!
